Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $50.00 or more (after any discounts and before taxes) within the contiguous United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are subject to the shipping carrier’s performance and can vary due to factors outside of Kolfhouse’s control (e.g., weather delays, customs processing).

  • Domestic (US) Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days.
  • Domestic (US) Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-4 business days.

International Shipping

Kolfhouse proudly ships to select international destinations. Currently, we ship to the United States (US) and countries within the European Union (EU).

International shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Kolfhouse is not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping address details are entered correctly at checkout. Kolfhouse is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages
